Inspired People Solutions are looking for a motivated Learning and Development professional to join a developing team in the Financial Services Industry.
Our client is a well-known and respected Insurance Company with operations nationally and as part of a broader international group.

In order to achieve success it is critical that candidates can demonstrate previous experience and confidence when delivering training to sales professionals and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following competencies, skills and experiences to deliver successful outcomes.

• Identify Training needs through designing and completing skills gap matrix and training needs analysis / partner with key business leaders and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust Training Programs/Modules to reflect required improvements.
• Knowledge of Financial Services and the industry codes
• The ability to plan effectively to ensure your client requirements are known well in advance and executed successfully
• The motivation and initiative to get things done and make a positive impact
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

Personally the successful consultant will provide first class written, verbal and interpersonal communication, and time management skills. The ability to establish productive relationships at all levels across the business and demonstrated practical learning and development experience.

This role could suit a trainer looking for additional responsibilities and exposure to more Instructional Design with the opportunity to work as a valued member of a small, high performing team.
