Our client, a leading global retailer, is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to support the growth of the company and improve the effectiveness of all managers and staff.
Location: Perth CBD + travel to all stores throughout the Perth Metro region
Start: ASAP
Salary: Excellent basic + car allowance + tools of the trade
You will work as part of the state operational support team and the entire national network. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Talent Planning
- Company Inductions
- Operations
- Relationship Management
To be considered for this position you will have a sound Training and Development background, ideally within a RETAIL/CUSTOMER DRIVEN environment and you will possess the following key attributes:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate and liase at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound experience in the development and implementation of training and leadership programmes
- Sound experience in conducting training needs analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and flexible
- Flexible to travel within the Metro region
