Very seldom do roles as interesting as this come along: imagine using your broking experience to negotiate the best deals from underwriters! Ideally this position would suit you if you are a broker with excellent social manner, charisma, good negotiation skills and looking for a challenge. This role will see you working closely with underwriters as you negotiate the best terms from underwriters. It is really important that you have good technical skills (how else will you be able to get the best terms?) across commercial and corporate lines. Equally you must have an energetic personality so that you can spend time with multiple underwriters as you get the best deal for your brokers. While it is important that you have good broking skills it is vital that you have strong negotiation skills It is imperative that you are able to negotiate the best terms for your brokers. You will take risks to a variety of underwriters to get the best prices and policies. This is not broking! You will be doing something rewarding, different and interesting for a leading multi-national that will do your career no end of good. This is a very rewarding role for a person who thrives on making and negotiating deals. You will need to have - Solid experience as a Broker (at least 5 years as a broker/account executive)
