We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to join our Corporate team located in Sydney. Focusing on return to work and quality case management practise's this is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills.
As a Case Manager at QBE you will provide end to end claims management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision making skills to achieve return to work objectives.
The QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and on site visits. You will work to set timeframes, ensure compliance with all legislative codes and company policies.
In addition, QBE offers one of the lowest caseloads in the industry which enables you to comfortably meet all your required objectives while providing quality case management to our clients and injured workers.
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced Workers Compensation professional, and will demonstrate an empathetic and supportive attitude. You will enjoy managing challenging and sensitive situations to a satisfying outcome, have a flexible attitude, and be motivated to deliver superior results to your clients.
