Reporting to the Team Leader, your key focus is to develop expert knowledge of pensions and processes for the entire portfolio of clients. You will be the key contact person for all pension related queries. Identifying improvement opportunities within your clients’ business and having a close relationship with payroll/HR areas of your client business will be integral to this role.

Prior experience in the superannuation industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience administering Lifetime and Account based pensions. You will posses technical superannuation knowledge and an understanding of complex defined benefit. You will have a related tertiary qualification and are looking to complete RG146 training or equivalent. Advanced excel skills and knowledge of Superb 2000 is essential.
