This largeAustralian Self Insured Company is currently seekinga motivatedSenior CaseManagerto manage a portfolio of front end claims from a Flagship brand
Reporting to the Claims Manager and operating within relevant legislation, you will be required to actively liaise with the injured workers, health care professionals and external stakeholders to ensure that successful return to work outcomes are achieved for all parties involved.
Preparing claims reviews and managing daily workflow to ensure client customer service standards are met will also be an important element to this role.
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communications are a must with the ability to successfully build and maintain strong relationships with both the client and injured worker.
