Based in the heart of Perth CBD, our client is the leading oilfield services company supplying technology, information solutions and project management for customers working in the international oil and gas industry.

My delightful client is seeking an individual with a minimum of 18 months post-graduate experience in a comparable role.

This role is an integral part of the team which will see you undergo a variety of complex tasks, including the following;

Reviews, negotiates and drafts Client Contracts.
Assists in the tender evaluation, assessment and response process to ensure that ALL Contract-related terms and conditions (whether legal or commercial) are properly addressed.
Assists the Contract Manager to ensure that a Contract Owner is assigned to each Client Contract.
Completes a Contracts Rating Sheet for each Contract reviewed and ensures these are electronically filed.
Drafts and communicates exceptions to tender documents and RFQ´s under supervision.
Monitors Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with policies and highlights and reports deviations to the Client Contracts Risk Standard.
Administers Contracts and ensures compliance with administrative procedures.
Complies and promotes compliance with the tender procedure
Proposes and drafts improvements to existing contract management procedures.
Generates contracts-related reports and reviews on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Participates in presentations and workshops on Client Contracts Risk Standard

The successful incumbent will possess a law degree and experience in commercial contract review OR procurement.
