This national leading law firm is seeking a TALENTED Administrator to join their Knowledge Management / Precedent division in their Sydney offices. Reporting to the divisional Manager, you will be accountable for the following :- - Manage the entry, amendments and deletion of records
- Creating, editing, automating, coding of precedents and court forms
- Manage audit review process for precedents / forms
- Provide training to new support staff
- Prepare department / statistics reporting
- Update department pages for firms intranet site
- Maintain training register for department
- Preparation of team budget and expenses
- Assist with secretarial adhoc duties
To be guaranteed an interview with this leading law firm, you must :- - Possess previous administration / secretarial experience in the legal industry
- Previous Precedents experience (will be an advantage)
- Be a strong team player
- Have proven time management skills
- Be advanced MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel (Legal Database experience will be an advantage)
- Have a minimum of 60wpm typing speed
- Have a strong eye for detail
