Branch Manager Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Parts and Components

This global refrigeration and air- conditioning parts supplier has trade branches throughout Australia.

They are currently looking for an ambitious go getter who is an above average performer to take control of one their Victorian branches.

With strong support from corporate management, you will be responsible for growing the business and achieving sales and operational budgets, controlling inventory and managing a small team in meeting customer requirements on both refrigeration and air-conditioning technical issues and service skills.

You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate others and knowledge of running a spare parts/ distribution branch selling technical products. Priority will be given to candidates with a strong refrigeration background.

A competitive salary package is offered including base, vehicle, super and an incentive programme.
