Our clients in the Dandenong Sth area is seeking suitably experienced people for ongoing casual work to assist with thier busy workloads.
Also, there is the potential of work becoming full-time if the opportunity arises.
Previous experience within Transport environment would be an advantage.
MUST HAVE knowledge & skills in:
Manufacturing & Assembly Knowledge
Hand, Power & Air tools ( Diamond cutters, drills, sanders, angle grinders, buffers )
Follow OH&S procedures
Work quickly & efficiently
Work effectively with others
Attention to detail
Hold a current driver's licence
Fibreglass experience - an advantage
You MUST be physically fit as duties will also include but not be limited to:
- Lifting up to 20kgs
- working at heights up to 4.3mts
- Bending, sqatting, twisting & kneeling
- Occassional Ladder work
- Assembly work
- Working with Resins, MEKP, Fibreglass & MEK
- Working in a dusty environment
- General Workshop housekeeping duties
- Willingness to learn machine operation ( Bench saw, CNC Router, Spindle moulder, etc )
All applicants MUST have :
- own transport
- own PPE ( Steel capped shoes & overalls )
Also applicants MUST be willing to undergo a Pre-employment physical & Drug screen test.
