Our client located in Carole Park are seeking highly skilled Production Operators to work in a controlled, highly accountable working environment. Seeking candidates with excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilites;
- Cleaning rooms and equipment
- Set-up equipment and prepare rooms for processing. Perform first check for approval.
- Process batches of tablets and capsules as per instructions in the Batch Manufacturing Document (BMD).
- Maintain a neat and tidy work place in line with Lean Manufacturing and 6S practices.
- Reconcile (weigh) all batches when instructed to by the BMD.
- Follow and apply company policies and objectives; SOPs; GLP and GMP in completing duties.
Experience required;
- Good understanding of SOP and GMP requirements.
- Experience with writing reports and the presentation of data.
- Displaying positive work attitude.
- Ability to co-operate with others to achieve goals within specified time frames.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills.
- Sufficient means to critically think and remain objective and guarantee alternative solutions.
- Proven adaptability and flexibility with regard to resolving problems.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying organisational and legal requirements.
