Our client, an Australian owned business has been involved in the mailing industry since 1992 and has some of the most advanced machinery and software in the business today. Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead their team and work with management to grow the business into the future.

Reporting to, a dedicated General Manager your key focus will be to:

• Identify production requirements for the production plan on a weekly basis.
• Develop an achievable production plan.
• Plan and schedule equipment repairs, maintenance and servicing when required.
• Measure production efficiency against the plan
• Organiselabor when required to meet production demands
• Communicate production priorities to staff and ensure production targets are met
• Assist with warehouse processes and procedures when required
• Monitor and maintain OH&S for the factory floor ensuring all staff meet their safety requirements and obligations.
• Liaise with Australia post to ensure regulations are met and followed

Your preferred key attributes will be

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a close team and promote a positive staff morale

Ideally, you will be from the mailing industry with a minimum 2 years experience.
