We have an exciting opening for a Procurement Manager to join a dynamic procurement team, focussing on driving improvements in indirect sourcing and management for a range of indirect services.
Working closely with a wide group of stakeholders in the business, you will collaboratively develop sourcing and category management strategy for a range of services. Your role will involve engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple sites nationally, ensuring that stakeholders are supporting procurement processes & policy, and gaining stakeholder buy-in for procurement initiatives. You will lead supplier sourcing, assist with contract negotiations and supplier relationship management, ensuring the business achieves positive commercial outcomes from their supplier base.
To succeed in your application, you will be a Procurement professional with some experience in negotiating contracts for a range of indirect categories, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and a strong track record of achieving results. You will be capable of working at category management level, with excellent analytical skills and communication skills, plus an ability to engage people.
