Our client is a high-performing FMCG food manufacturer with a number of food plants and warehousing facilities throughout Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced leader of the Quality and Safety functions to head up SHEQ in an exciting, multi-faceted role.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director you will be responsible for all activities associated with product quality and compliance by delivering high calibre QA programs. Leading a team you will drive the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system which meets stringent food safety and regulatory guidelines. You will also be accountable for the highest standards of OHS & E practices across the organisation both operational and commercial. This will involve extensive planning and strategy development as well as rolling out safety programs to shop floor level through your team.

We are seeking candidates with experience across both Quality and Safety, ideally in a similar role within a food or beverage manufacturing environment or similar. You will be passionate about striving for the highest levels of product and personnel compliance whilst having a commercial mindset also. Degree qualification in a relevant field is mandatory and you will be experienced working in high-performing companies.
