The role of Team Leader will be reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Key duties will be

• Lead, Mentor & Coach the filling & packaging TEAM
• Manage and co-ordinate the packing functions to optimise levels of operational performance.
• Assist in the effective management and control of all workflow within the filling & packing area
• Ensure the ISO 9000 & QC standards are continuously achieved and maintained.
• Liaise and provide accurate communication and feedback to management.

Your key attributes will be

• A minimum 2 years experience as a TEAM LEADER for a FMCG, Pharmaceutical or beverage or food manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional team player.
• The ability to interface effectively within a small team environment is essential.
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to motivate oneself and others
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of job roles
• Exceptional time management skills - must be able to prioritise work effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge successful working relationships
