Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring customers through intensive sales activity, both phone and face to face. With a focus on targeting medium sized businesses, your responsibilities will include:


* Manage the entire sales cycle from the first cold call, to identifying client needs and closing the deal
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to promote the organisations services
* Upselling and cross selling within existing customer base
* Building strong relationships with prospects and customers based on integrity and mutual respect
* Building relationships with partner organisations



To succeed in this role you will have a thirst for success and a belief that this comes through sustained activity carried out with integrity. Ideally your background will include:


* Extensive experience in a business development role including selling to senior decisions makers
* Experience in a transaction based business within a service industry
* A driven, conscientious work style with unwavering integrity
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
