Due to a number of high profile mergers in recent years, the organisation is currently undergoing a number of complex IT migration/transition projects.
This programme has been set up to change the way the organisation uses data to become customer centric. It will provide a robust, cohesive enterprise information management environment that will improve data quality.
Job Purpose:
- To develop strategy and manage the implementation to assist the business in transitioning an organisational change initiative to run & operate in business as usual (BAU).
- To realise the associated benefits by establishing a sustainable operating model for embedding change.
Key Accountabilities:
- Defining the change and assessing the prevailing environment
- Gaining and maintaining commitment from change leaders and defining their roles & responsibilities in the change
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement planning & execution
- Education and Support planning & execution
- Development/adjustment of the BAU Operating model
- Monitoring and mitigation of change related people/organisational risk
- Regular change management status reporting
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years experience in scoping and managing change management within a project environment
- Significant experience in both line and matrix management of a specialist change team and change support staff
- Significant experience in planning and managing the people/business transition from a "program" mode to "business as usual" mode
- Evidenced experience in planning and managing the people/business transition from a "program" mode to "business as usual" mode
- Excellent stakeholder assessment, engagement and management skills
