Our Perth office is seeking a Resource Support Administrator to support and assist our team.
This role would suit a highly motivated and energetic young person with a couple years of experience in a fast paced dynamic office environment.
Reporting to the General Manager your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Typing and data entry
- Preparation of resumes
- Preparation of Client and Candidate presentation packs
- Candidate calls for the purpose of database maintenance
- General database searching and maintenance
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, filing, photocopying, and faxing etc.
- Taking messages and making appointments
- General office duties as required
- Ordering all office equipment as and when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- An ability to prioritise whilst working on a multitude of tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience using Microsoft office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A minimum typing speed of 50wpm
- Be able to work autonomously
Working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Administration experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential. Remuneration and benefits are dependent upon experience and qualifications.
