Our client is currently seeking the services of a suitably qualified Senior BI Specialist.
The Senior BI Specialist is required to have the following attributes:
- 5+ years working as a data management and reporting solutions specialist
- Proven experience in a range of BI reporting tools
- Experience in the full life cycle - technical development and architecture of a Business Objects implementation
- Strong presentation layer design skills
- Solid understanding of the full data warehousing lifecycle - data integration from source to target, data management, analysis/design/development of marts
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior BI developers, manage the upgrade and migration of additional toolsets within the Business Objects suite
- Understanding of proven data warehousing development methodologies - Inmon or Kimball
Required skills and experience:
- Well developed oral and written communication skills
- Proven abilities in developing data management and reporting solutions in a range of BI reporting technologies, with a preference towards the Business Objects suite
- Presentation skills

- Strong analysis skills
- Time management
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks
