LEADING HAND /STATIONHAND

Ideal applicants will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience with Irrigation and Dryland Cropping
• Ability to make decisions in consultation with management
• Current chemical accreditation
• Motivated energetic and an attention to detail
• Sound understanding of workplace safety and a healthy environment
• Hold a current drivers licence

Desirable skills are;

• Good mechanical knowledge
• General welding and engineering ability
• Good record keeping and computer skills.
