Our client is currently seeking to employ an assistant facility manager based in the CBD working on one of their large commercial assets. Our client prides themselves on providing a service which is personable and efficient to meet their clients needs.
As the Assistant Facility Manager you have excellent presentation and communication skills, who enjoys interacting with customers. Knowledge of facilities management will be highly regarded.
You will provide support to the on site Facility Manager assisting with logging and follow through of work requests, managing the expectations of tenants and ensuring that work requests are carried through within a timely manner whilst providing constant feedback and updates to tenants.
