This internationally renowned professional membership organisation provides a range of key services and accreditations to its members throughout Australia and overseas. With a strong commitment to best practice, this organisation partners with professionals to promote the highest ethical, technical and professional standards in their industry. With a sophisticated sales and marketing division and a defined growth strategy they are now seeking a Relationship Manager to help realise sector specific goals. Concentrating on the Vic/Tas region your role will be to forge new partnerships and nurture existing relationships with the specific remit of increasing member numbers within target sectors. Working in conjunction with the national marketing and events teams you will manage the implementation of tactical campaigns for students, employers and academics. You will attend careers events, trade shows and industry meetings, work with sponsors and partner organisations and present to potential new member groups in order to build and strengthen the business’ brand profile. Your territory will involve some interstate and regional travel and exposure to a diverse range of stakeholders. From an operational perspective, you will assume responsibility for the regional marketing budget as well as managing two Relationship Consultants. For this role we are looking for the X-factor! Experienced in relationship or account management, you will be confident presenting to groups, and promoting your value proposition to a broad customer base. Prior exposure to the tertiary/academic space would be highly advantageous and working in a membership based context would be a further advantage.
