As an experience Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager, you will have all the traits of a good old fashioned sales guru, married with a solid knowledge of the digital space & it's users. This positions will see you working across the automotive division, coaching and mentoring a team of Account Managers whilst creating brand awareness and driving new business through direct and agency relationships.

What Will You Be Doing?The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing the company relationship across all aspects of the business with agencies. You will act as the prime agency contact at a sales & strategic level. You will also analyse any current business requirements and develop new strategies to further the online offerings amongst media partners. The role involves 4 direct reports so extensive people management is essential.
The successful candidate will have an extensive network of agency contacts, a strong exposure to media sales, ideally online, Radio, TV or Print with 4 years experience, and team management experience. They'll also have a high level of web literacy, emerging technologies, an understanding of online metrics, deliverables and above all a passion for the Sales.
