The Role
Regional Sales Reps are seen as the "Top Guns", "The Elite Fundraiser's" of 2evolve, travelling the state and promoting a charity in different regional locations in shopping centre's, malls and busy street locations. Each week your location will change but your aim is still the same, to engage the general public and inspire them to become a monthly financial supporter. You will be working with one other fundraiser and been seen as the senior member of the team, while motivating your partner to strive for success and follow your lead. You must have a self motivated attitude, be driven to exceed targets and have a competitive nature while being passionate about your role and the success of your team partner.
  
What we look for
 A successful applicant will have all the skills we require in their personality alone. This role is not for the faint hearted, you need to be upbeat and energetic, someone who can stop someone in their tracks and attract the attention of any passerby. We are looking for a fire cracker, someone who is extremely eager and enthusiastic to be a success in this their role and work their way up in the company. If people would say that you bounce off walls or have more life than an energizer bunny than we would love to talk to you. Candidates with experience in face 2 face fundraising, direct cold sales and door 2 door sales is preferred but not essential.
  
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 - 5:00pm. No weekend work required. Travelling 3 weeks per month other days will be working in the CBD and surrounding metropolitan areas.
