HD Maintenance Supervisor - South Perth
Salary $80K - $90K + Super + Car
My client are a global company who are expanding rapidly now within the WA market place. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit a HD Maintenance Supervisor based in South Perth.
Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day workshop operations, ensuring that company maintenance standards and practices are efficiently adhered to.
Key Skills
- Ensure workflow through the workshop is managed in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Ensure that day to day operational and contractual needs are met
- Ensure that the parts/spare ratio is managed efficiently
- Managing 13 mechanics/TA, 3 apprentices, 3 body builders, 1 electrician
- Must be able to work as part of a team and lead from the front
- Managing depot budgets and costs effectively
Essential Skills
- Current HR driving licence
- Trade certificates
- Previous HD mechanical experience
- Managing a workforce of 10+ staff
- Lead, coach & develop others
- Excellent communication skills
