Now Careers is currently recruiting a Site Coordinator for the client a leading contractor in the Sydney market.
This client specialises in challenging and high end Fit out, Refurbishment and Construction projects. This client has an outstanding reputation inthe industry, theyhas a large number of ongoing projects and also new projects to kick off.
They deliver projects in the following sectors airports, universities, hospitality, corporate office and health.
The Role
This role is a Site Coordinator role will see you support all the sites for the current projects they have underway. It will see you help them establish the sites and then help the site managers close out the projects.
The role will see you be supporting the Site Managers across a range of duties an you may also oversee sites in the absence of the site manager.
This role will also see you going to the site of completed projects liaising with clients and assisting during the defects period.

You will have:

Trade background - Carpentry/ Joinery or a related trade

Senior First Aid Certificate & OH&S accreditation would be well regarded

You will have excellent presentation and communication skills which will allows you to inspire confidence and be firm with sub contractors and also the ability to deal with clients during the follow up on projects.

Basic to intermediate computer literacy

You must have a clean driving record and a full car licence.
