Diagnostic and general troubleshooting skills are required in this role. Solve the leaking seal problem. Sort out the pump with the low pressure problem, fix the pneumatic valve with the low force applied issue, fix the grinding mill, . Are these your skills?
Can you solve pneumatic problems, turn a shaft and solve a slow leak or a stopped conveyor by lunch time?)We dont need superpeople, just a good fitter with stainless experience. Have the knowledge to resolve the sensor stoping the machine problems? Do you have these skills? Then call now to discuss this role.
Can you weld mig or TIG? The ability to weld a bracket back onto pipe or wall plate/ machine is very important. Have you worked with a variety of pumps. Skills in this area will put you ahead of the rest.
Have you sorted a few sticky valves out in your time? Then this skills will help too. Does working with stainless steel piping, pneumatic cylinders, plcs sound interesting? How about maintaning high-class packaging machines for the chemical industry.
If successful your role will be to maintain production line equipment, steam lines, service pumps, valves etc, machine parts, assemble cabinets, bend and fit off pipe, install pneumatic (Festo) components, weld stainless components, learn new skills, be challenged and enjoy seeing your work go into operation again.
