Currently we are seeking a Machinist – Fitter and Turner for a workshop role in Emerald on the Central Highlands, Queensland.

Our client is locally owned and managed and has been operating throughout the Bowen Basin for the past 15 years. The engineering workshop specialises in machining and manufacturing all manner of equipment for the mining, civil and agricultural industries.

To be successful you will be a Machinist with experience on manual Lathes, Drills, Mills and Boring Machines. CNC experience is an advantage. In this role you will work closely with the Owner/manager and his leading hand to manage the daily work load. Your working hours are from 6:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
