My Client is a National Leader in the Provision and Supply of Electronic Security Solutions - their product and solution spread includes; Access Control (Cardax, DSX, GE & Lenel) Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems and Intercoms. With a steady increase in their company growth and market share they are looking to increase their NSW Technical Team with the creation of this new Service Technician Role.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - SECURITY


Joining this established team your responsibilities as Service Technician will include;

• Some system design and installation
• Providing technical support
• Providing excellence in Customer Service
• Programming of Alarms Systems (Challenger, Concept, Modems and Lan)
• Enhancements and upgrades on site with Commercial Customers
• Maintenance, fault finding and diagnostic checking
• Emergency response and repairs
• A Sydney Metro Terrirty with minimal travel is on offer

CANDIDATE - SECURITY

The successful applicant will ideally possess;

• NSW Security License
• Open ACA Cabling License
• Current NSW Drivers License
• OH&S White Card
• External / On Site Service  Technician experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• A focus on Customer Service and Client Retention
• And a Team Player
