Supply Chain Assistant/ Order Processing

  • Macquarie Park Location - 8:30am - 5pm
  • Brand new offices - 10 min walk from station
  • $45K - $50K + Superannuation

Our client is a global business to business brand dedicated to creating cost effective, professional printing solutions. Due to growth within the organisation, they are looking to add an experienced Supply Chain Assistant to their team. They are currently located in Mascot, however will be moving into brand new offices in Macquarie Park at the end of February.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing all customer orders
  • Organising logistics and transport where necessary
  • Daily preparation and completing of sales orders and sales order confirmations
  • Daily invoicing and processing Purchase Orders
  • Liaise and coordinate with Freight forwarders and 3PL warehouse for import shipments
  • Providing reports utilising Microsoft Excel

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a customer service/Logistics role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and an ability to multitask
