Permanent position available for a Senior Field Service Supervisor with a established company based in the Hunter Valley Region.
This role is within the open cut services division and is for a well experience Senior Field Service Supervisor. You will be a member of the Field Services team and report directly to the Field Services Manager. In this role you will be responsible for a team of Supervisors, for planning work, ordering materials and customer relations.
This role would be suited to someone who has worked in a similar position or has been employed as a Team leader / Supervisor looking for the next step up.
Other duties included;
Lead and promote OHS culture
Implement and Manage Plans
Identify New Business
Leadership and Guidance
Support employee attraction, development and retention
The applicant will require Mechanical Trades Qualification
Five + years experience with heavy mobile plant
A proven Track Record delivering results to mining customers
